Despite the lack of really exciting birthday plans, a super fabulous birthday outfit is still completely necessary...right? Well I definitely think so. And I have done absolutely zero birthday shopping (hopefully that will be solved this weekend)! Not really sure what I will be looking for since my plans are not totally set yet. But I really am loving this open back look and especially if sparkles are involved! Any good birthday outfit shopping recommendations?
